Small Business Saturday is a national marketing initiative created and promoted by American Express (first observed in 2010) to encourage holiday shopping on the Saturday after Thanksgiving in the United States.

The Salem Arts Association is hosting the Holiday Artists’ Market at Salem Old Town Hall promising a festive atmosphere, live music and a seasonal theme.
